Global River Discharge Data - RivDis

Using the Global River Discharge (RivDIS) Database has become a whole lot easier. The ORNL DAAC has divided RivDIS Version 1.1 into separate station files so that users can more easily find information by country, river, and station. We have also generated a set of useful plots and tables for each station.

RivDIS contains monthly discharge measurements from 1018 stations around the world. The period of record ranges from 1807 to 1991.

RivDIS data are catalogued in a file named "STATIONS.HTM" on our anonymous FTP site: ftp://www-eosdis.ornl.gov/data/rivdis.

RivDIS data are also available as a single file through our search- and-order system: http://www.daac.ornl.gov/RIVDIS/rivdis.html.
