2004 Science Meeting Registration Form
21 - 25 June, 2004 Meeting

The US GLOBEC Georges Bank Investigators' meeting will take place at the Salve Regina University's Conference facility, for five days, with a starting time of 12:00 pm on the first day, June 21st, and ending after lunch on the fifth day, June 25th. (People can stay later on the fifth day for additional group meetings if necessary.)

This five day meeting (see agenda) will bring together the US GLOBEC Georges Bank Phase IV-funded and other science investigators to review the current research progress and continue efforts to synthesize and analyze the results to date.

The cost to attend will be $88.30/night/person for a "pod" room, or $108.30/night/person for a single room, plus a $75 conference fee. This covers room, all meals, coffee/tea breaks and taxes. A "pod" room consists of three single rooms, with a shared bathroom, and livingroom area. All rooms have Internet access. For people who will be commuting to the meeting, the meal charges are as follows:

Dinner: $12.82

We are encouraging people to prepare posters. However, if you would like to present a talk, prepare an AGU-style, 10 minute talk. Your presentation and/or poster abstract should be e-mailed to the Data Management Office, dmo@globec.whoi.edu by June 16, 2004. Abstracts will be made available on-line as well as at the meeting.
