Target Species Meeting Registration Form
19 - 21 January 2005 Meeting

The US GLOBEC Georges Bank Target Species Meeting will take place at the Three Chimneys Inn in Durham, New Hampshire, for three days, with a starting time of 10:00 pm on the first day, January 19th, and ending after lunch on the third day, January 21st. The cod/haddock meeting will be on 19 January, Pseudocalanus on 20 Jan., and Calanus on 21 January 2005.

This three day meeting (see agenda) will bring together the US GLOBEC Georges Bank Phase IV investigators interested in the target species to review the current research progress and continue efforts to synthesize and analyze the results to date.

The cost to attend will be zero ($0.00) to those invited attendees who will be attending all three days of the meeting. Otherwise, the cost will be $117.72/night/person for a single room, the cost of meals (see below), and a $75 conference fee. This covers room, coffee/tea breaks, taxes and gratuities. All rooms have Internet access, either wireless or wired. (The Inn can provide wireless cards for those computers that need them.) Meal charges are as follows:

Breakfast: $8.00
Lunch: $12.00
Dinner: $25.00

If you will be attending all three days, your meal charges will also be zero ($0.00).

We are encouraging people to prepare posters. If you would like to present a talk, prepare an AGU-style, 10 minute talk. Your presentation and/or poster abstract should be e-mailed to the Data Management Office, dmo@globec.whoi.edu by Janaury 11, 2005. Abstracts will be made available on-line as well as at the meeting.
