Phase IV Implementation Plan Introduction

At the Phase IV Open Meeting held on April 9-10, 2001 it was agreed to develop an Implementation Plan to help guide the synthesis activities during Phase IV. The intent is for investigators to include the plan in their Phase IV proposals in order to provide a common structure for planning interactions and synthesis efforts with the other investigators who are preparing separate Phase IV proposals. The plan was finalized through the ExCo and is available below. Use of this plan is fully optional. The plan has no relationship to or endorsement by NSF or the NOAA Coastal Ocean Program. If used in a proposal, the plan would count as part of the 15 page limit.
