Patterns of Energy Flow and Utilization                   on Georges Bank
	Objective:  Provide broad ecosystem context for interpretation of the population dynamics of the Georges Bank target species with explicit consideration of:
		• The microbial food web • New and recycled primary production • Spatial heterogeneity of production on the bank • Changes in biomass and production at higher trophic    levels in response to exploitation • Effects of environmental forcing on production  processes
