Apologies to those for whom these dates do not work. We had 15 respondents to our initial query. As might be expected, there were no dates on the list that worked for everyone, so we chose the combination with the smallest number of conflicts.
A list of hotels and phone numbers will follow in a separate email.
Please contact Craig Lee (craig@apl.washington.edu) to let us know if you plan to attend. If you've already emailed Craig in response to the first announcement, there's no need to do so again... you're 'on the list' (see below).
If you would like to participate or feel that you have input/data/insights to share but cannot attend, please talk to Bob or Craig- we will make an effort to include whatever you wish to contribute in the workshop.
Please plan to bring both results to share and data to work with. We are working on securing network drops for the meeting room. Please let us know if you will require any special equipment.
