Thank you for the opportunity to speak.
These are the three components or modules of the U.S. GLOBEC Program.
Georges Bank started with test field studies in 1994.
These are the major elements, factors, or considerations when we designed
what our data management system should look like.
For a successful data management system implementation, these factors
need to be considered.  For details presentation, I will focus on the last
4 items.
With our 70 plus distributed scientific investigators we needed a system that would
Support  people in different locations and data served from different locations as
Well.  The only thing that is centralized is the data directory.  There is a sample next.
Data are accessed via our home page, through the Data Directory, which is centrally managed.
The JGOFS data management system uses the concept of data objects, that is
Data and the software necessary to access the data form the object.  These are
The objects for the Georges Bank program.
There is little data on-line yet.
These links lead you through accessing a data object and making a plot.
Data can be subselected, e.g. temperature greater than 10.
Plot is the same as seen before.  The downloading option allows you to get data
In single or multiple files.
EasyKrig uses Krigging, which is like contouring on steroids.
GeoZui3D, in collaboration with Larry Mayer at UNH.
About 97 files sent to NODC so far.
