Data for all SOGLOBEC cruises were collected using a Chelsea Instruments Fast Repetition Rate Fluorometer (FastTracka II), version 1.13, serial number 182037, FGPA version 0.1.

Instrument calibration files (Default FRR Parameter Files) are listed for each cast and are included in the "Inst_Cals" file folder.

Field calibration files where available (raw instrument files from runs at all gains, with a chla standard ("IRF" or "GAIN") or filtered seawater ("SCAT") or DI water ("BSLN")), are incuded in the "Field_Cals" file folder.

Information on the parameters included in the data files can be found in the Columnheads_Vernet_FRRFdata.txt file.
