I updated matlab_method.pl using V1.19 from /data/rlimeburner/mooring/scripts.
This implementation of using the matlab_method.pl does not take advantage of
using matlat_method.active although some of the older versions of the method
are retained. 

There are no versions used in this directory after V1.05 and before V1.19.
