Data is from Northeast Pacific, Frederick Bahr, from a CD-ROM
labeled RR & CB GLOBEC Data.  In addition, two files were added via
e-mail called globecCP_uvtime.mat.dat and globecRR_uvtime.mat.dat.
The ".dat" extension was removed; it was added to enable
transfer by e-mail.
