The file outer.c is the tested, 'accepted' outer source, with comments
on the updates that have been added.

outer_bufsize.h is included by outer.c
minbufsize.h is included by outer.c

The other files:

  outer-morelinks.c
  *.gif

are tested sources, but I have not shown them to Glenn or Bob, yet.
Warren has seen the compiled result and has given favorable reviews.
There are buttons at the top of the data display page (instead of
standard links) and there are 6 of them, as:

  Directory   Documentation   Plotting and Other Operations
  
  Level 0     Next level    Flat listing

The *.gif files are the buttons.  The code looks for them in the
images/ directory below the Document_Root of the httpd server.
