Data from a ship-mounted Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler
(ADCP) are reported from 7 ship cruises to the Antarctic, March -
September 2001 and 2002. The survey area includes the continental margin
off the Western Antarctic Peninsula and the adjacent inshore water bodies
of Marguerite Bay and Crystal Sound. Ancillary north/south sections
across the Drake Passage are reported for transects from Punta Arenas,
Chile to the study area and return. Data reported: five minute ensemble
averaged values of the U (east-west) and V (north-south) components of
ocean currents, for 8 meter depth bins between 26 and ~350 meters, along
      the ships track. Ships/cruises/dates: AESV Laurence M. Gould / LMG0103 /
