CTD profiles (with an expanded suite of sensors) where
collected during multi ship cruises to the Antarctic Apr-Sep 2001 and
Apr-May, July-Sep 2002. The general survey area includes: the continental
margin to the west of the Antarctic Peninsula extending from the northern
tip of Adelaide Island to the southern portion of Alexander Island,
Marguerite Bay, and seaward to depths of 3000 meters. These data have
been stepped through post cruise calibration and computation routines and
are reported in intervals of one decibar bin averages.
      Ships/cruises/dates: RVIB Nathaniel B. Palmer / NBP0103 / Apr 24-Jun 05
      2001 RVIB Nathaniel B. Palmer / NBP0104 / Jul 24-Aug 31 2001 RVIB
      Nathaniel B. Palmer / NBP0202 / Apr 09-May 21 2002 RVIB Nathaniel B.
      Palmer / NBP0204 / Jul 31-Sep 18 2002 Note: Generally, ship cruise dates
are longer the dates of data. A companion file reports these same data at
standard pressure (depth) intervals. File is located on the above
      referenced web site (ctd_JK_std_depth).
