Unknown Unknown Multi-beam bathymetric data, using the ship's Sea Beam System, was acquired during three cruises to the Antarctic as part of the U.S. GLOBEC Southern Ocean study 2001-02. The general survey area includes the continental margin to the west of the Antarctic Peninsula extending from the northern tip of Adelaide Island to the southern portion of Alexander Island, and Marguerite Bay. Although the Sea Beam System acquired data continuously, only the data south of 65 South has been edited and final processed.
