This document is an implementation plan for U.S. GLOBEC research in the Arabian Sea. It developed from initial discussions at a U.S. GLOBEC Workshop on the Arabian Sea held in Denver, Colorado, USA on June 16-17, 1992 -- Sharon Smith, convener.

Working group reports from the meeting are included in this document as Appendices.
