Plotted Variables

• Single variable -- function of one or two variables f(x) or f(x,y)
• Two function variables -- two functions of the same variable
• One or two function variables and a domain -- specify the domain to evaluate the function as a 2- or 4-element vector

Function variable can be a string expression, function handle, or inline function.
