Plotted Variables

• Single variable -- plot the surface of the function of two variables f(x,y) over domain [-2*pi 2*pi] for x and y.
• Three variables -- three functions of the same two variables
• Function variables and domain -- specify the domain to evaluate the function as a 4-element vector.

Function variable can be a string expression, function handle, or inline function.
