The Bioinformatics Toolbox Version 2.0.1 includes the following important bug fixes made since Version 2.0.
Before, the zoom mode was deselected after selecting part of an MS spectra. Now, the zoom mode remains selected.
With the new tutorial demonstrations, you can
Type the name of the demonstration in the MATLAB command window, and run the demonstrations step-by-step through the code.
Select a demonstration from the Demo tab in the Help browser and view a printed format, view the code, or run the demonstration.
Get a list of demonstrations and functions by typing help bioinfo, and then selecting a demonstration to run.
