This figure depicts the select installation folder dialog. The text on the dialog box reads: This installer will install MATLAB Component Runtime to the following folder. To install in this folder, click Next. To install in a different folder, enter it below or click Browse.

There is an edit box that allows you to type in the path of the folder you choose if you do not want to accept the default.

Below the edit box is additional dialog that states: Install MATLAB component runtime for yourself or for anyone who uses this computer. This dialog is followed by two radio buttons: Everyone and Just me.
