Decrease the stored integer value of a signal by one

Description
The Decrement Stored Integer block decreases the stored integer value of a signal by one.
Floating-point signals are also decreased by one, and overflows always wrap.
Data Type Support
The Decrement Stored Integer block accepts signals of any data type supported by Simulink, including fixed-point data types.
