Open the following:

• A Simulink model with a Stateflow block
• The Stateflow library

Syntax

• stateflow
  

Description

The global stateflow method opens a Simulink model with a Stateflow block (chart) and the Stateflow library. The Simulink model contains an untitled Stateflow block that contains an empty Stateflow diagram. Use the Stateflow block to include a Stateflow diagram in a Simulink model.

Example

This example shows how to open the Stateflow model window and use a Stateflow block to create a Simulink model:

1. Invoke Stateflow.

• stateflow
  

1. The Simulink Stateflow library of blocks appears,

   

   along with an untitled Simulink model containing a Stateflow block.

   

2. Double-click the untitled Stateflow block in the untitled Simulink model to invoke a Stateflow editor window.
