Moderate-resolution outlines and names for the 50 United States plus the
District of Columbia, stored in shapefile format with coordinates in
latitude (Y) and longitude (X) in degrees.  Suggested label point
coordinates are included also.  There are three attribute fields:

Name:      State name or 'District of Columbia'
LabelLat:  Latitude of label point, in degrees
LabelLon:  Longitude of label point, in degrees
