The Histograms panel contains a list of all existing histogram plots and the time series data sets that those plots use. To create a histogram plot, drag a time series data set object from the tree browser onto the Histograms node in the tree.
A histogram plot counts the number of data points within a range and displays each range as a rectangular bin. The height of the bins represents the number of values that fall within each range.
