Data in the jgofs-formated file for AL9410 was removed since there
were no data beyond level 0.  rcg

Noticed that there appears to be a complete set of updated, good
data from February 24 and 27, 2005.  (They are the same.)  I
replaced the August 23, 2004 data file with the February 27, 2005
data file as the live version.  rcg
