Canon BJC-210SP 360 720 Ink cartridge us-ascii D bj200 I use this printer for ascii and Postscript black only. It needs a MS-Windows driver to do colour. It will probably do 360x720 if you want to send it a prolog to switch into that mode, but I haven't tried very hard to do that, just 360x360.
