For example it does not work with the "lj5gray"/"lj5mono" drivers but only with the "ljet4"/"lj4dith" drivers (and also GIMP-Print and HPIJS).<p> The layout is off center and slightly rotated when using Ghostscript. (could someone else please confirm this?)<p> [Ed] I find the slight rotation bit hard to beleive, but until I head otherwise, I'll leave this printer where it is. The centering problem can be solved by simply adjusting the margins in Ghostscript.<p> ---<p> Works fine for me, with Ghostscript 5.50 and FreeBSD 3.2, and no special settings. /Karl-Johan Grahn<p> Unfortunately, this printer has a little hardware problem: The paper separation pad hardens with the time and the printer pulls in several sheets of paper at once. HP is aware of this and offers a kit to fix this without needing to disassemble the printer for free.
