Usage: WINDOW ADD [^]<n>  
  Adds <n> to window namelist, where <n> is either a nick or channel 
  name.  All communication with <n> will go to that window.  Also, <n>
  may be a comma separated list (no spaces).  If <n> is prefixed with
  a ^, the nick is removed
