Help with Data Subsetting - Entering the criteria

Type the subsetting criteria directly into the space provided

Once you are familiar with the available operators, you may find it easier, when combining projections and selections, to type them into the box at the bottom of the form.

For example, to display only event, bottle number, depth and total alkalinity (provided the dataset contains these parameters) for records having a value for depth greater than 100 meters:

In the long box to the left of the 'Replace Criteria' button, type: (No spaces!)

event, bot, depth, talk, depth>100

Having completed your entry of desired subset list, click on the link 'Continue using new subset list' at the bottom of the page. This will allow you to Plot or Map or Join, etc. with only those values of interest to you.
