UNOLS Office Performance Evaluation Form

The UNOLS Charter specifies that the UNOLS Chair, with the UNOLS Council, shall review UNOLS Office performance and activities on about three-year intervals. The second three year term for the MLML UNOLS Office is coming to an end and a review of the Office performance is needed. Please use the rating system to evaluate the specific items listed below. In addition, provide comments in the box provided at the bottom of the form.
