The plot below illustrates the small 5 to 10 hour lead or lag between stations as weather systems moved through the region. Consider the high pressure period on 10 September. The maximum pressure occurred at 08:55 for buoy 07950, 14:55 for buoy 07949, and 20:21 for buoy 07413. At 0900 on 10 September buoy 07949 (68.446 S, 71.139 W) and buoy 07950 ((69.172 S, 74.803  W) were approximately XXX kilometers apart.
