Kriging software: The
EasyKrig, Matlab based, kriging tool written by Dezhang Chu is
available for download from
ftp://globec.whoi.edu/pub/software/kriging/easy_krig/. It will operate
on many platforms (PC-Windows/2000/XP, Macintosh and Unix-based,including Linux
and Solaris OS) as long
as the Matlab program is installed.    
Version 3.0, compatible with Matlab 6, is available for Macs
and PCs and Linux/Unix machines.
In January 2013, Dezhang Chu tested
a revised version of the Matlab code and it worked well with Matlab 2012a. He
would like to acknowledge Dr. Kathelijne M. Wijnberg for this version.
This version is accessible as a zip file, EasyKrig_V3.0_Matlab2012a.zip,
and as individual directories, at the FTP site mentioned above.

In addition, a Matlab based toolbox was written by
Caroline Lafleur and Yves Gratton, INRS-Ocanologie, Universit du
Qubec Rimouski.
Also available (to be used in conjunction with the
Lafleur/Gratton Matlab kriging tool) is a "one-shot" Matlab project
written for Jeff Runge. A brief description on how to use this
